Top 5 Cryptocurrency Apps on Android in Ukraine: Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the cryptocurrency app market in Ukraine saw some interesting trends on the Android platform. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, reveals the dynamics of user engagement and downloads for the top five cryptocurrency applications.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto maintained a fluctuating download pattern, starting the quarter with nearly 19.9K downloads and experiencing a dip to approximately 9.2K by late October. However, downloads picked up again, reaching about 16.7K in mid-December. Active users showed a similar trend, beginning with around 539K and peaking at approximately 577K mid-December before a slight decline to 509K by the end of the quarter.

Bybit: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto had a steady increase in downloads throughout the quarter, starting at 10.1K and gradually rising to about 9.6K by mid-December. Active users also showed a stable pattern, with numbers fluctuating around the 63K to 73K range, ending at approximately 63K.

OKX: Buy Bitcoin BTC & Crypto experienced notable fluctuations in downloads, starting at 5.2K, peaking at 9.4K in early October, and then declining to around 2.7K by the end of December. Active user numbers also varied, peaking at about 74K in mid-November before settling at around 58.5K by the end of the quarter.

Phantom saw a significant surge in downloads, especially in December, where it jumped from 1.4K to a peak of 28.4K in mid-December. The active users mirrored this rise, increasing from around 27.9K to nearly 66.9K in the same period, before declining to 46K by the end of December.

Lastly, Trustee Plus | Wallet & Card had a more stable but lower download rate, starting at 4.5K and ending the year with around 2.6K. Unfortunately, data for active users was unavailable, making it difficult to gauge user engagement trends for this app.
